Ajouter les 2 lignes suivantes au fichier ~/.Xmodmap
keycode 105 = Control_R
add Control = Control_R

Puis lancer la commande : xmodmap ~/.Xmodmap
La faire lancer dans un script au démarrage pour prise en compte systématique

Créer le fichier /usr/share/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/50-unity-greeter.conf, avec les droit root, et y ajouter les lignes suivantes :

greeter-setup-script=/usr/bin/numlockx on

Après l'installation,
dans MultiSystem allez dans le menu Non-Libre et ajoutez Plop Boot Manager

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install multisystem

#Utilisateurs de Debian,
#Après l'installation de multisystem ajoutez votre $USER au groupe adm.
sudo usermod -a -G adm "$SUDO_USER"

Solution non testée pour mon cas ...

sudo apt-get install cryptsetup # Installs the tools we need to deal with encrypted partitions
sudo modprobe dm-crypt # Inserts a module we need
sudo cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/sda2 plus_la_clef_de_chiffrement
